Eagle Ranch

Since 1985, Eagle Ranch has aimed to provide healing and restoration for families who are facing strained relationship dynamics and struggle to overcome them. Guided by faith and partnership, with focus on creating a stable, healing environment, Eagle Ranch has created a community that has proudly helped thousands of children and families over the years.

Founder Eddie Staub had a passion to see young children restore struggling family relationships and set out to lift this burden. Eddie eventually made his way to Flowery Branch, Georgia and began funding to open a home for young boys. In 1985, the first home opened. Today, Eagle Ranch has grown into a nearly 500 acre community that provides a variety of services to families and children. Each service works to address five core areas: your story, knowing your child, family dynamics, nurture and structure, and a healthy community. The goal is for each family to better know themselves, each other, and how to work together.

Eagle Ranches first program is First Step Counseling, where professionals are able to help families reach stability and provide next steps for what might best help their family situation. They also offer Outpatient Counseling, where family, individual, and couples counseling is provided for all ages. Eagle Ranch focuses on Enrichment Opportunities by providing different therapy techniques like equine therapy and support groups to address varying issues. Academic support is offered through Eagle Ranch’s Day School Program for grades fourth through ninth. The school is committed to one-on-one instruction in small class sizes, utilizing therapeutic techniques to enrich students’ academic journey. Members of the Residential Program attend the day school while also living on site in a family home with houseparents who partner with the child’s family. This program aims to provide a therapeutic environment, interpersonal skills training, and childhood activities to enhance the family-child relationship over time.

The Harbin Family Foundation is proud to support Eagle Ranch and their continued work with families and children. As Eagle Ranch continues to see renewal amongst families, HFF is honored to stand alongside them in advancing healing, restoration, and hope for families in our community.
