When Jody Page, General Manager of Harbin Lumber in Eatonton, was asked who he would choose for the next employee spotlight he did not even hesitate to name Tim Smith. Tim has been with our Eatonton location for three years now, driving and delivering orders for customers within the area and to specific job sites. Before joining the Harbin Lumber Company team, he worked on airplanes assembling parts to the wings. Since joining Harbin Lumber, he has always gone the extra mile to ensure his job duties are taken care of daily.
When asked what he likes most about Harbin Lumber and his role, Tim said “it’s always peaceful and there is something different every day. I really enjoy getting to meet current and new customers every day when I am completing deliveries”. Though Tim enjoys his job with HLC, he really likes to grill out with his family and spend good, quality time together. Football is also his favorite pastime!
