The STAR Employee for the month of June is known for his hard work ethic and being “All In” every day. This STAR goes beyond what is expected and will always help in any way he can, highlighting his STAR personality! We are happy to announce, Pablo Gonzalez Hernandez, as the 2022 June STAR Employee!
Pablo has been in the truss industry since 1999 and begin working with Harbin Lumber Company in 2011, originally starting off in the building production line. One thing Pablo thoroughly enjoys about this industry would be the fast pace of production turn around. You may do the same thing repeatedly, but the vast outcome of your work shows within minutes. Pablo said, “I like to stay busy and never stop moving. This makes the day go faster and I am able to get all my work done”. After many years of working on the production line, Pablo moved to running the TCT 1300 saw. This complex linear saw has 1 blade that can cut at multiple angles requiring you to be safe at all times!
The dedication and Hard work ethic of Pablo does not go unnoticed at Load Star. Stephen Cain, the general manager of Load Star spoke highly of Pablo saying, “Pablo is one of the most dependable employees that we have at Load Star. He is always willing to go above and beyond no matter what the task. He always has a great attitude and an impeccable work ethic.”
Even though Pablo enjoys his workdays to go fast and stay busy, he wishes time would stand still when he is with his family. He is married to his beautiful wife, Maria of 18 years and together they have 3 children, Belen (19), Brian (13) and Hannah ( 8). His family owns a kennel, Marias family Shih Tzus, where they bread Shih Tzus and Yorkies. His wife runs the kennel, and the children help after school. His family is also heavily involved in ministry at their church, Christ fellowship located in Toccoa, GA. Where he is currently teaching a class for 6-8 years old kids.
Pablo, thank you for your continued ALL IN dedication to Harbin Lumber Company! You are a true STAR, and we are so thankful to have you on our team!
